Frequently Asked Questions
My customers/employees would prefer a hard copy. Is that possible?
Yes! The digital file, when printed, is a fill-in-the-blank document. It can also be ordered as a printed and bound journal. We recommend using an erasable pen to make changes over time.
How can I make most of this benefit for my employees?
Consider providing a lunch and learn, lecture, or video companion to help your employees understand which additional documents and information - when kept along with the planner - creates a robust roadmap.
Provide legal service days to help employees get answers to questions regarding Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorneys, and Advance Directives.
Provide periodic notary services that will allow employees to notarize critical documents.
How is a digital file transferred to a customer or employee?
We use a digital file sharing service that allows the customer or employee to easily download the planner safely to their computer. Once saved, they can update and resave the file any time. Businesses can enable multiple downloads per customer or employee, if desired (allows spouses or partners to create a plan for themselves).
This digital transfer can also include multiple documents, if a business wants to send out more than just the planner. For example, a funeral home may provide the planner along with pre-needs marketing documents.
How will I know what else to put in the custom pages?
We will provide an initial consultation and guide you, based on your business and your intended recipient. We can also help you create a plan for future touchpoints to ensure you get the most out of your investment.
