How to Order and Distribute Planners

First, a consultant from At Peace will reach out when you submit a request for a quote. We will discuss your goals for use of the planner (employee support, marketing, etc.) and the best customization to meet those goals.

Once you provide the logo and information for the custom pages, we will integrate, format and send a sample for approval.

When the document has been approved, it will be licensed and sent based on your requirements. You may purchase an unlimited license (NOT for resale) for a period of time, a limited license, or a bundle package that allows you to provide additional documents to be delivered along with the planner (marketing documents, supporting HR documents, etc.)

If the document is unlimited (NOT for resale), it will be sent directly to you for distribution.

If you order the limited license, you will be sent individual license numbers that will allow your customers or employees to directly download the document. Each license can allow multiple downloads, depending on your needs (for example, 2 downloads per employee to provide one for a family member).

The bundle package will be sent with individual license numbers that will allow employees or customers to download the planner along with your other documents included in the bundle.

If the planner is to be used for relationship building and marketing, we will cover strategies maximize engagement.
